01. let's talk
Start with a complimentary 20 to 30-minute virtual consultation. We’ll talk about your space, goals, timing, and budget.
02. get your plan
After the consultation, you’ll receive a custom proposal outlining the recommended services, project scope, timeline, level of support, and total investment. Complete the agreement, project questionnaire, and 50% scheduling retainer to receive your private scheduling link. Project date require at least seven days’ notice
03. sort & edit
For organization projects, we’ll work through your belongings together and decide what stays, moves, or goes.
04. transform
We’ll organize, label, style, unpack, or otherwise transform the space based on your project.
05. enjoy it
We’ll walk you through the finished space and recommend maintenance or follow-up support if needed.

Starting investments are listed on our services page. Your final proposal will reflect your specific space, project scope, timeline, product needs, and level of support.
Your project date is secured after the agreement, project questionnaire, and 50% scheduling retainer are completed. The remaining service balance is due by the final project day
Do I need to know which package I want?
No. Tell us what you need help with and we’ll recommend the best fit during your consultation.
Why do prices say “starting at”?
Every project is different. Your final price depends on the size and complexity of your space, timeline, services, and level of support.
who will work on my project?
Balanced Spaces is founder-led, and Tawny personally completes most smaller projects. Additional support may be recommended for larger or time-sensitive projects and will always be discussed with you first.
Do I need to prepare before you arrive?
Please don’t! Seeing how your space naturally functions helps us create a better solution. There’s no judgment here.
Do I need to be present during the project?
Your participation is usually most important during sorting and editing. After those decisions are made, we may be able to continue independently depending on your project.
are products included?
Products, decor, labels, and supplies are separate unless your package or proposal states otherwise. You may purchase recommendations yourself or have Balanced Spaces manage approved purchases for an additional procurement fee.
can i combine services?
Absolutely. Your proposal can combine organization, styling, design, staging, seasonal, or move-in services when it makes sense for your project.
what areas do you serve?
Balanced Spaces is based in Prosper, Texas, and serves North Dallas and select communities throughout the DFW area. Travel projects may also be available.
How do I reserve my date?
A signed service agreement and 50% scheduling retainer reserve your project date.
do you offer maintenance?
Yes. Monthly Maintenance and Quarterly Refresh visits are available for returning organization clients.
do you work with businesses and commercial spaces?
Yes! Balanced Spaces Co. works with both residential and commercial spaces. We can create functional organization systems for offices, studios, workrooms, storage areas, and other small commercial spaces, as well as provide styling and seasonal support depending on your needs. Because every business operates differently, commercial projects are customized around your space, workflow, and goals. what is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We understand that plans can change. Projects may be rescheduled once with at least seven days’ notice, subject to availability, and the scheduling retainer will transfer to the new date. Cancellations and rescheduling requests made with fewer than seven days’ notice may require an additional fee or a new retainer. The 50% scheduling retainer is non-refundable because it reserves your project date and preparation time. Complete cancellation and rescheduling terms are included in the Client Service Agreement.
